I would actually consider that a minor feature really, it's much more about finding good offers and campaigns that work. Does these software really have so much traffic? No, because all these sofwtare fetch the expired domain visitor and redirect their bots to yours when you signed up for their services. Affiliate is not so easy marketing. It takes too much time to build your affiliate partners. This is not one time show.You need to be consistent in your building process.
