I would agree somewhat as I have certainly purchased a lot of ebooks that are resting quietly on my hard drive. However it’s simply a matter of making sure you will use the information. I can also say I have learned a lot and make my living selling information.
I do offer a the web page code with all my ebooks and resell rights, but again the buyer has to decide if they want to offer it. Time and time again I have had someone say I do not actively sell your stuff but once in a while it fits and I might as well earn a return from the recommendation.

You are right, although I have yet to by one of these “You too can make a ga-billion dollars in 2 months” ebooks. I got two saved on my computer, both are free, and one is from John Chow. It does take a lot of work, I’ve been studying Affiliate/Network/Social marketing thing for a little while, and its not a get rich quick business. But it seems like you could possibly make some serious money from it.

that’s true, most info found on e-books can be found for free by searching google/torrents/similar ones, they are useless sometimes!

There is no doubt that you can make serious money online, but it’s not by buying a bunch of infoproducts and not doing anything with them

Main point, beware of hype. It will suck you in and won’t let go.

Definitely don’t take this post as a “don’t buy eBooks”, there are some really good ones out there. Just don’t buy them unless you are going to USE them

I was once one of those people who bought an EBook with the intent to use it and didn’t. The ones I bought required you spend money I didn’t have anymore because I spent it on the Ebook!

I’ve learned but I’m sure many out there have not.
