I discovered a really awesome tool that can take your affiliate marketing to a new level. There has been a lot of buzz going around lately in the IM community about how video is the future of marketing. While I'm not really sure this is true, there's no doubt that a video presentation can be another effective way to reach people.

Cloaking your affiliate links is a fairly debatable topic. On the one hand, people will cloak their affiliate links because they believe that a link like www.buybuybuy.com/affiliate.php?id=12312 is really obvious, and people will instead just go directly to the site instead of clicking on the link, therefore robbing you of your commission. On the other hand, some people believe it's more honest and better to fully disclose your affiliate links and let the visitors choose whether they want to give you a commission or not.

As an affiliate marketer, your MAIN goal is to get potential customers to the merchant's sales page, where you earn your commissions. If you've chosen the right affiliate program, their sales pages have already been optimized to have the best conversion rates possible, so really you want to get as many people there as possible.
