If you’ve ever taken a look at the highest ranked Clickbank products, you’ll notice that a lot of these products have one thing in common. They boast instant results and solutions. In fact, a lot of these products promise some pretty ridiculous things, for example, Get Google Ads Free has a gravity of 326 right now, which is extremely popular. But do you actually think it works, and that Google would allow people to list ads for free? I HIGHLY doubt it.

Go to that site, and listen to the girl in the bottom right corner. Here’s just a small excerpt from the start of her hype speech:

“Hi, I’m Rachel. Now you can add just one simple little thing to your website, and magically get all of your Google Ads for free. It takes just a minute to do, and is so simple, you’ll be amazed at how easy it is.”

It’s a fantastic example of how an instant gratification product, even one that has a ridiculous promise, can be a massive top seller. But why, and how, can something become so popular with such outrageous claims?

People want answers and solutions to their problems, and they want them now. It doesn’t really matter how they find the products, but once they do, they are already very open and warmed up to making a purchase if it will solve their problem.

They want the fast and easy fix, for anything. Why do you think, for example, weight loss pills that promise massive weight loss “without changes in lifestyle” sell so well. It’s ridiculous to think that this is even possible, but when people want something, they will convince themselves that things like this will work!

Sales pages are also specifically designed to “pray” on these wants, and make it as easy as possible for a person to convince him or herself to buy a product. So, as an affiliate, it can be as easy as finding these people who have strong wants, and just getting them to a sales page.

You want to promote the best converting instant gratification products, so that’s why you can use Clickbank gravity as a rough measure of success. The more successful products have better sales pages and are easier to convert, even if you think the niche is saturated.

Of course, there’s a moral dilemma as to whether or not you are comfortable promoting a product that you know won’t work, but there are plenty of instant gratification products out there that are good too. There can be a happy balance :)

It’s generally pretty easy to weed out over-hyped, under delivering products from over-hyped, at least they do what they say products. If it seems to good to be true, chances are it is.

By the way, I put affiliate links to Get Google Ads Free, and have even told you that this product is obviously one that is obviously too good to be true, but I know that these sales pages are so powerful, I could potentially refer a sale. I am directly telling you not to buy this product, but your mind is a powerful thing! Be careful :P
