This eBook written by Dayne Dylan details various strategies that he has used to achieve a $100k a year income from selling his own info products. This is his first product that has anything to do with Internet Marketing, which I like because this proves his techniques are not bound to the ridiculously saturated IM niche. He has written The Naked Cash Cow in hopes of bringing a to the point marketing guide with pure information that can be USED.
I think he has succeeded in this goal, and the result is a great resource of strategies that more than just work, they make sense. My full review after the jump.
The Naked Cash Cow is divided into 29 “Naked Cash Cow Golden Tips”, which are fairly short and easy to read, yet all contain some useful information. I actually liked this format, since it makes the tips look much easier to implement, as opposed to reading some long winded 40 page book about one single subject and becoming overwhelmed. You could read a tip, and get to work with a more manageable goal in mind, which is the best way to get serious work done.
Overall, he has about 4-5 major topics which will be what most of these tips are based on. For one, Dayne is a spokesperson for the power of the mailing list. Now I know the mailing list is not always the best marketing tool, but there’s no denying that he provides us with convincing explanations as to why they are so important. I think it definitely something to experiment with though no matter what niche you are targeting, and The Naked Cash Cow outlines the keys to creating and marketing to a list.
He also is a huge fan of creating your own info products. Now obviously, as I run an affiliate marketing blog, I’m not so quick to dive in to this process and create products for any market I want to test. One of the tips he outlines though is actually quite brilliant, and allows you to test out a market and find ready buyers for your product before even creating it.
I would personally recommend affiliate marketing to discover these markets first, but this tip is an interesting alternative. You do need to be able to produce a good sales copy though, so you may not feel that comfortable unless you have some experience. There are some resources listed inside though that can help you get there.
One last thing I’ll talk about is how he outlines ways to create info products very fast. I really can’t say much without blowing it, but I feel as if some (actually, most) people may not use it correctly and will end up with rehashed info products and unsatisfied customers. It is a good strategy though if used correctly, and you could literally create your own info product in a short few days.
The Naked Cash Cow also comes with 2 bonus reports Dayne also authored himself.
The first is a info product creation guide with more details about the process. I like that he included this, and it clears up most of my worries about using his strategy.
The second is a more detailed step by step blueprint to applying his method. I also liked this, because while it is aimed more at the newbie who wants to start from scratch, it does help to unite the scattered tips and tricks in his main eBook into a more structured guide.
Overall, I really enjoyed The Naked Cash Cow. It was a nice and easy read, with some really great ideas that I will definitely be implementing in the future. He has a very optimistic way of writing, which helps to motivate and inspire. I would definitely recommend it to info product sellers and affiliate marketers alike.

It’s a solid marketing work and as you said aimed towards getting started on the right foot. A++
But the name!
I’m sure it’s just me but with John Chow making so much cash and that cow site I’m trying HARD not to picture an undressed John Chow
I suppose the name is good though, since they’re supposed to invoke thoughts. Nice review.

From my brief reading of this site, the content looks really interesting and it appears that it will be very helpful to those who are relatively new to this line of business. I look forward to visiting again and reading more from your archives.
