I also use Squidoo to set up free pages for affiliate marketing. Google really likes these pages and I’ve been pretty successful with this method.

You are right. Affiliate marketing is the best make money online strategy on the long term. Even, the pages you have built and even forgotten about can bring sales in the future unexpectedly. So, it is wise to build websites, blogs as much as possible targeting niches. Pay per post type things will die in the future. For PPC, you need much traffic. I go for affiliating mostly.
